“I have always loved the flowers from the Real Flower Company but was so disappointed when they were delivered the day after expected. They were a birthday present so it looks like I forgot when they were ordered a long way in advance!”

“Hi to be honest very dissatisfied out of 14 David Austin varieties I received 3 with only one being highly scented the other two with no fragrance, this cost over £100 very disappointing will not be using again. 😢 from a rosarian 🌹”

“The flowers were exquisite and smelled lovely but only lasted 2 days before they started to droop. By 5 days the majority of the very large bunch were wilted. Not what you would expect when you outlay so much money. Photo’s show initial and after a couple of days.”

“Requested delivery for specific date. Courier tried to deliver one day earlier leaving customer to have to postpone delivery. Real Flower Co should ensure that deliveries are made on correct day and not leave customer to sort out when it doesn’t.”

“I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to a friend to celebrate her moving into her new house. She has moved way out into the countryside - just as the big storm hit - and the most incredible bunch of flowers arrived - in February! Just fantastic - she was thrilled - and so am I. “I had a little problem with the delivery which was not their fault. They investigated, apologised, and promptly put it right. According to the wife (now happy), the flowers were brilliant! They are now my favourite flower supplier and if you are reading this review ought to be yours, too.”

“A beautiful bouquet of lovely creamy roses, which smelt delicious. However I could have done with all the small leaves taken off the lower parts of the stems. I had to take the bouquet apart to do this which was a pity. Very pleased apart from this niggle.”

“I am so disappointed. The flowers arrived for valentines 2022 and were clearly not in their first youth. The petal edges were brown on arrival and have deteriorated since (2 days). The aroma was also strong arrival (perhaps artificially so) but is non-existent now. My wife is too polite to say anything, but I know. Never again. Simon”

Dear Simon, I am so sorry to hear of your disappointment in your flowers you received. We specifically grown roses with a natural scent, as the memory of the scent will stay with the recipient long after the roses have died. Many commerical growers have chosen to grow roses with no scent in order to extend their shelf life.
