“I have always loved the real flower company and order frequently from you mostly for myself but also for friends. In general I’m very happy but the last delivery was not good. The rose petals seemed scorched and I’ve already had to throw two away. I’m not going to choose 5 stars but this is pretty much a one off. I can provide photos. Katherine Bergen Coughlin”

“Due to circumstances beyond The Real Flower Co's control, my delivery was delayed by 24 hours. The Customer Services team expressed regret at the situation and the Christmas wreath was still pretty, but it looked rather tired and at the price I had hoped for a little more. Next time I will probably opt for the cheap and cheerful option from my local market.”

“Excellent service. My Sister's Rose arrived on the agreed day, not easy with the present strikes. My friends Rose and Woodland bouquet arrived on the agreed day too and I saw for myself how gorgeous the bouquet was, a lovely natural mix and a different twist to the traditional floral displays. “Disappointing arrangement for the money. The number of flowers and size of the arrangement did not meet expectations. Wished I had bought locally to the recipient. I have been with Real Flower Company for many years and this was the first time they did not meet expectations.”
