“The recipient was sent the wrong product. i ordered the three mini hatboxes and they recieves a single bunch of flowers. I would ask for a refund but I am sure that is long winded. I have used this company for years and this is not to the standard I have become accustomed.”

“Actually. Am fairly disappointed. Have been buying flowers from you for many many years and usually they are exceptional. However this bunch lasted less than a week, and there was virtually no scent. That is not what I expect from a premium priced product like yours. “The Real Flower company were amazingly helpful and our flowers were beautiful. I'm only marking them down one star as some of the flowers were damaged slightly on receipt due to the extreme cold - I think they were stored overnight somewhere cold by the courier company because they looked very fresh in spite of it. They were beautifully packaged and the bouquets are very pretty. It would have helped us if the boxes were labelled so we didn't have to unpack all of them to try and work out which bouquet was which but that's a small issue.”
