“Whilst 3 Christmas wreaths were long lasting, smelt wonderful and were good in construction, colours in real life were not as vibrant as photography. 1 arrived unteathered in box so shape was damaged/disfigured .”

“Having had Christmas wreaths from you in the past I felt this was a little bit wilted and dried out more quickly than previous ones. I also felt the bow might have been bigger.”

“Beautiful roses - excellent delivery - solid customer service - the herbs are a wonderful companion to the flowers - - but - - they have become just so expensive now - that sending them is a rare expense indeed - which is such a slame.”

“Thank you for the hat box roses I ordered for my Mother's birthday, they are stunning! She was delighted to receive such a beautiful arrangement, the roses and herbs smell wonderful. The colours are vibrant and the flowers are so perfectly arranged. Thank you also for your Customer Service, which is the best I have ever had, when I telephoned you about my order. The packaging was excellent and they arrived on time. Your roses are by far the most beautiful quality available in the UK - I would definitely recommend The Real Flower Company for those looking for something really special.”

“Unfortunately these were sent to two colleagues, one received them already going mould and the other received them partially dead. The wrapping, presentation and size is very lovely and elegant.”

“The flowers were lovely and the roses lasted a week! I would have liked more Snowberry, but I think I was given more roses instead, which was pleasing. Also, I didn't get a receipt email, so had to phone to check my order went through properly.”

“I understand from the recipient that the scent really hit her when opened the box - a wonderful surprise. I use this company because of the scent - no one else seems to be concerned with providing this major part of the joy of flowers. And, having had some before myself, the scent from the bouquet was wonderful and lasted really well. The blooms themselves were fresh and in very good condition. The box also looks great when arriving.”

“initial flowers were not as expected and was very disappointed but Cosmo sorted everything, resent flowers which were beautiful. All in all great service and beautiful flowers. I will defo use again!”
