“This is a great neighborhood shop for getting beautiful flower arrangements and bouquets delivered! My only problem is matching UK opening times with local US time. The staff at the shop is kind and considerate.”

“Ordered a table Hat Box Arrangement for Christmas - the flowers were quite tired on arrival and only lasted a few days. Also, 2 flower heads were broken on opening the box. Therefore not a great experience and not great value for money.”

“Bought a hatbox as an important birthday gift, roses did not last long enough for the price charged. The recipient contacted The Real Flower Co. and was sent a further few roses as an apology. This was good and thank you. However, would have preferred to have had a decent long-lasting gift in the first place which wouldn't have required the disappointed recipient to contact and complain!”

“As a company they were extremely helpful in placing my order for some named flowers. They were really good at responding by email and on the phones as well. The flowers arrived very well packaged. Sadly the flowers were not of a quality that I would expect but the real flower company were very good and did refund me the cost of the flowers.”

“A little disappointed following several previous excellent products supplied. In this case, the displays were damaged on arrival and they also only lasted a couple of days before dying off and had to be thrown away. Pevious orders had lasted much longer.”

“Beautiful Flowers but one star off for a late delivery. I paid for a premium next day delivery that did not happen. Real Flowers were attentive to the problem and offered to re-send the flowers. I would rather they had arrived on the person's birthday though.”
