“Good service and quick delivery. However somewhat disappointed with scarlet lining to dark brown messenger bag but then the web site does say lining colour will vary. A poor choice of colour in my opinion but apart from that the bag is of good quality.”

“Extremely well and thoughtfully crafted with the design thinking difference that makes this company worth it! The brand name is not quite right for me, feels both patronising and dull. I was pleased that it was not a visible feature on the product. Suggest a more cryptic PL. (resonates Appeal etc)”

“I love the Pure Luxuries handbags and the website is good the only complaint I have is that after I placed an order I didn't get a confirmation email so I rang to make sure my order was received which it had been another email was sent but I didn't receive that either though I received emails form customer service !!!!”

“The wallet I bought was excellent quality and was exactly what I wanted. It was also a very competitive price. My only complaint is that the pocket for notes was not large enough for the current £20 note but hopefully when the new smaller notes are introduced they may fit without folding.”

“My sister was thrilled with the bag I bought for her birthday. Ordering and delivery were quick and easy. My only dissapointment was the packaging it arrived in, it just didn't match up with the quality and price of the product. Something a bit more "luxury" and eco friendly would be a great improvement.”

“I have ordered from Pure Luxuries several times before and on this occasion it was for two gifts for my husband. One of the items had to be returned, a leather belt, as it was too big. Their returns process was hassle free and easy which for me makes online shopping much easier. They refunded the item with no problems. The quality of their items on this occasion was good quality and my husband was very happy with the item we kept, being a leather wallet. I have in the past ordered a crossover bag and matching purse and came across an issue as the measurements displayed on the website were incorrect and the purse didn’t not fit into the bag so I had to go with different style of purse although I managed to get them in the same colour leather so they match very well. Overall their returns process is hassle free. What I really liked about it is that you are able to choose a replacement if you wish so this saves having to wait for a refund and then re ordering a replacement as a separate order which is also easy to follow.”
