Ok, so the item I purchased, leather card holder, was not the quality that I expected.. The stitching came apart on first use. That said I was offered a replacement, or money back as soon as I complained (email sent with video evidence) so I can't complain about service, just the quality, hence a reasonable score.
I never sent the item back as it was less than £20
