The bag was nothing like the photo you advertised and was very stiff and no inner lining, i also had my daughters name put on which cost an extra £5 and you can’t even see the name on the bag, very disappointed and had very good reviews on the other bags and belt I brought previously which I give 5 stars, won’t be buying from you again sorry 😞

I bought a leather cross over bag and on the first use the seams started to come away. I gave had a full refund

Good morning, Thank you for your email. I am very sorry to hear that your bag has developed faults. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment caused. Our products are built for durability but, regrettably, manufacturing errors occasionally do occur in some items leading to faults later on. When such faults arise within the 6 month warranty period we of course replace or refund products as quickly as possible. To return the item, please fill in the original returns form and indicate on it whether you would like a replacement or refund. The next step is to print a free returns label through Royal Mail - the instructions and link for doing this can be found here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1964 If you do not have access to a printer, a QR code will be provided within the body of the email that you receive after creating your label. The Post Office staff are able to scan the QR code and then print the label for you. In the meantime, do let me know if you have any further questions and I will be happy to help. Warm regards
The handles were so bent and wouldn’t straighten out at all, I have sent it back but no refund as yet

Warning / Caution I bought a ladies handbag for my wife for Christmas in Dec 12, 2023. Payment was made.. However no email confirmation. I looked up the company website and it does not have any telephone number. I sent several messages on their website about this matter. Total silence. What do take of it ? Please be informed about this before you make any purchase from this company.

You can't put anything in the big pocket. You'll not be able to put the straps on and close it. Too short straps.

Bought the laptop carrier bag for my husband just before the Covid-19 outbreak. Due to be in lockdowns and working from home etc, my husband didn't use the bag until 2 months ago. Within 2 months, the shoulder strap has come away from the bag. I have contacyed the company twice and have not heard from them. Reallg disappointed as I spent over the odds for what I thought would be a smart, sturdy and luxury bag. Waiting to hear from them

One use with only 10kg in it. Has scuffed easily on the sides, with the leather 'finish' also breaking off where I held it on the handles and used the strap. The strap has now broken after walking through the airport. Received this as a birthday present and now stuck with it on a long trip. Poor quality

Bought a 'Terance' man's leather messenger bag. After a few uses of the bag the strap attachment failed and the metal attachment hit my husband in the eye. The bag was clearly defective however Pure Luxuries have only offered 15% off another bag when I contacted them about it. Disappointed as was initially pleased with it and it appeared to be good quality. Will not be using the 15% discount!

Terrible have in gold and rose gold and they tarnish like mad. Only worn each pair once and then haven’t been able to again due to terrible quality-they look awful.

Bag arrived damaged, shoulder strap was missing and stitching coming undone. Very disappointed in this item. Will not use them again and will not recommend. Luxury it was not!

I've had what is supposed to be a 'good quality' leather purse for 18 months, the leather is already splitting and lifting off and the metal clasp and decoration is tarnishing. certainly doesn't look like a luxurious leather any more, waste of money
