“The website was easy to use and I used the Express delivery option and the goods arrived quickly. The handbag was a present for my niece and she was pleased with it. The price had been reduced for this particular handbag and although it was well made and of good quality, I would not have paid the usual price for it. I thought the interior was a bit disappointing”

“Pleased with product / good value. The only problem I had was the metal tab attached to top zip stuck out considerably causing it to rub against me etc. I had to remove it & attach the leather strap. An issue that should be addressed.”

“Lovely bag in pale blue at an excellent price! Only downside I was warned that the metal lock might be scratched but was a bit surprised that the inside of the flap by the lock was a bit soiled from people's hands but suppose the bag was a shop floor display so I should have expected that. Have kept the bag as love the colour and size.”

“Lovely purse. Good quality leather, plenty of card slots, and pockets. I would have preferred the coin purse to be slightly larger, which is why I've only given 4 stars. That aside, exactly what I wanted.”

“Have bought from Pure Luxuries previously, can't fault the quality of their products or their delivery service. Have to restrain myself , despite buying handbags for my daughters, I'm frequently being asked just how many handbags do you need Mum ?? “A lovely backpack, which I'm keeping. Didn't read the description properly (I was just focused on the type of leather) but if I'd paid full price of £169 I would have been very disappointed at the fact that the straps are material and not leather”

“I love all your bags,, the only bag i did not like was the one with the flat handles,the bag was a bit small aswell. i like the ones with the rounded handles.but love the varieties you have ,especially the bags with 3 compartments. .Very quick dispatch and returns are quick getting money back aswell. I have had few compliments with the bags i have bought from you.”

“Very prompt service. The material is nice and soft. The only drawback is there is no inner zipped pocket which is handy to keep your credit cards. There are no two open pockets to keep your travel card etc.”

“This bag was a birthday present to be delivered to a friend 300 miles away. It arrived soon after being ordered, and my friend was delighted with it. She said it was a lovely bag and that the pale grey colour would be really useful, especially in the summer months. One small request - it would be really good if Pure Luxuries offered a gift wrap service.”
