“Colour. Colour went wrong. I chose a bag with an 'air-force blue' appearance in the picture - distinctly blue. What arrived was rather closer to black. I don't like black. I don't do black. I don't wear black. I returned the bag. Sad.”

“I have only purchased leather goods from Pure Luxuries since I first bought a Conka wallet from Debenham's 20 years ago. The hides are very fine and long wearing. We now have 4 weekend away bags, 3 messenger bags, passport holders, makeup bags and wallets.”

“Excellent customer service.Posted successfully to Portugal and kept in touch. Love the bag,my third.It is made of beautiful leather and as a back bag it is so convenient when travelling,shopping, or managing grandchildren when you need your hands free! There needs to be one inside pocket with a zip.On both my first 2 bags the main zip broke,which needs to be stronger.No replacement/repair available. Like the bag so much I keep reordering!”

“Thank you for the great quality and finish of the bags. So far I have bought at least 4 from what I remember and since I discovered you. Every time I check the website I want to buy more and more. The cotton inside is a winner and this luxury with the resonable prices makes the whole package irresistible. For me the winner is Drew' Blush Leather Cross Body Bag because of the cuteness and versatility, as well as the space and functionality. One little thing perhaps you would like to think about. Some more or a little different colours to match the styles as in my view different styles match different colours. Have a great day”

“I am very happy with this bag. It is contemporary and classy and the black and brown combination makes it a bit different. My only complaint is, that when it arrived, it had a rather ‘fusty/musty’ smell, as though it had been kept in a damp place. I put it outside on my clothes line for a few hours and, fortunately, the smell disappeared. Had it not been for the unpleasant smell, I would have given 5 stars.”
