“My lovely bag arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition and I’m very pleased with it. It’s a backpack style and is not too large and heavy but large enough to put my iPad in along with the usual ‘stuff’! I also bought some leather cream and applied it before use for protection. Overall, a happy experience, thank you.”

“The wool slippers were lovely and so comfortable...BUT they only lasted a couple of weeks - for two reasons: 1) the base/sole material (very commonly used in other slippers, too) wears out incredibly quickly 2) the wool is so lovely and soft - but wore out on one toe. A small section of reinforcement on the inside of the toe (cotton, or whatever) would stop this from happening. I am a bit of a slipper fan and 'officionado', if you like - and, at first I thought these were wonderful. But they do not last any length of time. Personally, I like things to last - I do not want to be part of the 'throw away culture'...I was looking forward to washing these and getting at least a couple of months' wear out of these - but had to throw them away within a couple of weeks due to the above.”
