“Very prompt service. The material is nice and soft. The only drawback is there is no inner zipped pocket which is handy to keep your credit cards. There are no two open pockets to keep your travel card etc.”

“This bag was a birthday present to be delivered to a friend 300 miles away. It arrived soon after being ordered, and my friend was delighted with it. She said it was a lovely bag and that the pale grey colour would be really useful, especially in the summer months. One small request - it would be really good if Pure Luxuries offered a gift wrap service.”

“I got what l order. The price was good. The delivery was perfectly on time, and very fast. I didn't need to return or a refund. I didn't have contact with customer service. It is the 2nd order and l am happy to keep having a look when l want a handbag. I haven't looked at other products yet.”

“Lovely soft leather 'backpack' style bag, well lined with two compartments for phone etc., a beautiful colour and strong straps. The magnetic clasp could be a little more robust, hence four stars. Ordering was easy and delivery speedy. Thank you.”

“Very happy with the bag, good quality and stylish. I have an issue with the delivery which was made to the wrong address. The address label was a photo and they had managed to omit the first number of my 3 number address. I was most fortunate that the occupier of the house it went to, 50 from mine, was honest and kind enough to bring it round.”

“Lovely selection to choose from arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged. Bag is very soft leather and am very happy with it. Only thing am unhappy with is the handles cannot put on shoulder very easily as they are attached to bag in such a way that twists them at a funny angle.”

“Bought 3 beautiful handbags for my 3 beautiful granddaughters. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that they all came in one large plastic bag. As they are presents I would have liked 3 separate bags so they could show shop etc as these things seem to be important to the young these days is it possible to get 3 of your carrier bags so can send them in there own bag. “Red leather handbag, good quality and size, received in time predicted. Only reason for not giving 5 stars, is that the lining is plain instead of striped. This was specifically mentioned in the description, so slightly disappointed but needed for Xmas so no time to exchange.”
