“My sister was thrilled with the bag I bought for her birthday. Ordering and delivery were quick and easy. My only dissapointment was the packaging it arrived in, it just didn't match up with the quality and price of the product. Something a bit more "luxury" and eco friendly would be a great improvement.”

“I have ordered from Pure Luxuries several times before and on this occasion it was for two gifts for my husband. One of the items had to be returned, a leather belt, as it was too big. Their returns process was hassle free and easy which for me makes online shopping much easier. They refunded the item with no problems. The quality of their items on this occasion was good quality and my husband was very happy with the item we kept, being a leather wallet. I have in the past ordered a crossover bag and matching purse and came across an issue as the measurements displayed on the website were incorrect and the purse didn’t not fit into the bag so I had to go with different style of purse although I managed to get them in the same colour leather so they match very well. Overall their returns process is hassle free. What I really liked about it is that you are able to choose a replacement if you wish so this saves having to wait for a refund and then re ordering a replacement as a separate order which is also easy to follow.”
