“I love this company & have had a few bags from here, always very happy with my products. Ordered arrive the very next day, brilliant service. Unfortunately I am not at all happy with my latest bag. Ordered the Adley blush pink, so disappointed in the colour. It is more like a purple/brown than blush pink. I don't like the colour at all, unfortunately will not be able to return for different colour as I have my initials on it. So disappointed.”

“I have just received my handbag, described as nappa leather, but it doesn’t smell like leather. Is it a synthetic substitute? Slightly disappointed, but I suppose you get what you pay for! Caveat emptor!”

“I bought a mahogany Alice bag. I like the bag but am VERY disappointed with the handles which are brittle. My guess is they will crack quite quickly. The way the bag was packed made the handles creased and crinkled. Shape of bag great but....”

“I ordered a tan handbag, discounted half price. It arrived very quickly and to be honest it’s nothing special, I’m so glad I didn’t pay full price. I like the size and colour, but it doesn’t say “luxury “. I would have expected a nice brass tag with a logo, and brass studs on the base of the bag. I shall keep it but won’t buy on line again, you annoy beat actually seeing and feeling an item!”

“The product itself was of good quality but the personalisation left a lost to be desired. It offered 4 letters but because the name had a double Z in it they were unable to accommodate. Also it was very small and on the top of the washbag as appose to the front.”
