“I recently ordered the birthday cake for my dog which she really enjoyed the cake was beautifully decorated with her photo on top was eaten over a few days cake remained very fresh and moist not like others I've bought that dried out she also enjoyed her bags of treats that I also purchased I would highly recommend Postman Pooch I will be buying from them again soon”

“For the first time ever I was disappointed with some of my order. I did send you a email immediately to let you know but never got any reply. The crisp and popcorn were very short dated so I could not leave them in the birthday box as I ordered it early so as not to be too disappointed if it sold out. The box and toys were fabulous as usual but the 3 pack of treats in it didn’t have a date on 2 of the bags either. I have never had treats from you before that were so short dated only 2 weeks before the use by date.”

Dear Mavis, Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. I have searched our support system but could not find an email from you regarding this issue. From my recollection unfortunately, the crisps and popcorn should have had a best-before date of August 4th. We are currently out of stock on crisps and popcorn due to the best-before date. However, the next batch will have a 12-week shelf life, and I would be happy to send you a complimentary replacement once they are back in stock. “Monty loved his cake and birthday box so much. Postman Pooch went above and beyond by contacting me when they were unfortunately out of stock of the cake I purchased. They sent out a suitable replacement and even sent a few extra toys and treats at no further cost. Would highly recommend. A+”

“Ordered Rocco a cake with his picture on the top, it looked nice and Rocco couldn't wait to start eating it. It was well made and even smelt like a normal cake but with doggie friendly ingredients”
