“I bought a postman pooch for Christmas for my sisters doggy’s. They absolutely loved it and because it was all natural, the girls coats became shiny. One of the girls is quite scratchy and this helped to prevent that too. Both sisters have since ordered another batch for all 3 doggy’s now plus a woofin for the little boys birthday. Delivery was fast too. All round an excellent experience and highly recommended. This will be my doggy treats of choice going forwards”

“Although my parcel didn't arrive as expected due to they were short on an item for my birthday box, they were very helpful and responded to my email quickly. The box itself was good and Barney thoroughly enjoyed it. Would use again”

“A disappointment this time around. Half of my order went to the correct place as a gift and the other half came to me when it should have all been sent to the recipients of the gifts. Also the personalised bow ties I ordered for three dogs were not personalised, so all in all disappointing I'm afraid.”

Hi David, thanks for your feedback. We've not had anything from you in our support as I have just checked now. We also did send out an email which was sent to you explaining of delays with parcels due to how busy it was, of which we explained if you hadn't received your parcel yet and it was urgent to reply to the email. Again still no communication from yourself. “I've nothing but brilliant service from Postman Pooch, from the cakes to the Goodie boxes they've been great value. I send these to my "God-dogs" in the UK (I'm in Australia) I love to spoil them on their Birthdays and Christmas. This is a brilliant site. I love being able to access it!”
