“Ordered the Kong Toy birthday box with a couple of additions. Was contacted by Helen via text the next day very apologetic that there were some items out of stock, but that she’d source replacements. This was arranged and shipped same day. Great service, and Kilo loved his treats on his 6th birthday!”
