“Great products, great ideas but………i hate to be neagative. I placed my order 3/10 (full price) then recived a 5% discount code, stamge? then next day recieved another email, 10% discount code which was AFTER i placed my order? I emailed on 4/10 an im still awaiting a reply?!?!? Would i use or recommend this, not sure at the mo, the dury are out, is a reply to an email too much?”

We’re only a small team (just the two of us here!) and neither of us has spotted it, so it may not have come through. For future reference, our support email is support@postmanpooch.co.uk that’s the best one to use to make sure we see it quickly. Regarding your question about the 5% and 10% offers, the 5% code is automatically sent out the day after a checkout is abandoned, and the 10% offer is sent after an order as a little thank-you and encouragement to shop with us again. “My dog loves these and is helping her with her diabetes. We have to be careful what we give to her as treats as it can seriously undermind her treatment. Thanks and I will continue with these treats so long as she likes them.”

“Great gift for your pampered pooch! I was looking for something special for our lab's 4th birthday and found Postman Pooch! I was able to build my own box with items i knew my dog would like so items wouldnt be wasted. The box arrived in good time and i cant wait to give my dog his "gifts" on his birthday at the weekend!”

“My first experience using Postman Pooch and cannot recommend them highly enough. I purchased a Birthday box for a friends dog , I received a call to advise the box design was out of stock and offered various alternatives, the lady who rang was very apologetic and so helpful. Another call from from staff member to say she had found a Birthday box and my order was being processed. Delivery was on time and the whole Birthday box was a fun filled box of treats which Barney loved. Well worth the money and will be using this retailer again.”
