“We ordered a personalised box and it seemed to get lost in the post. I messaged and straight away another one was sent out next day delivery. The box was absolutely perfect, our Daxie absolutely loved everything in the box and it was all so beautifully presented! Would definitely buy again!”

“Slow to deliver considering it was supposed to be Royal Mail 48. Ordered the ‘get well soon box and card’, didn’t ask for a message for the card which I thought was odd, so left one in the notes section. No card was included so the recipient didn’t know who it was from which is pretty useless.”

“Really good service, received a call to inform me that they had run out of the particular colour toy that I had ordered. Asked if I wanted another colour, but as I didn't need the goods straight away I opted for a short delay and to get exactly what I ordered. The doggie Birthday cake arrived really well wrapped, and in perfect condition. The toys were all lovely. Also included was a birthday party kit with a banner, balloons, doggy party hat and a Bandana, this was a gift from the company as an apology for the initial problem with my order.”
