“Boxes arrived quicker this time. I always buy in multiples to avoid shipping and tend to only buy when there is a discount code as otherwise can get natural treats at my local feed warehouse.”

“Nicely presented and arrived before the estimated delivery/quickly from order. Our dog loved the toy and took that from the box first. She shared the biscuits with her 2 doggy siblings and they have all enjoyed them.”

“The toy was open at the back so the squeaker could be seen and the cake was very dry . I won't purchase again I am sorry I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I could have got a proper labeled kong yoy and a cake made for cheaper .”

Hi Kay, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry for any confusion - the product description does mention that there’s a Velcro opening on the back so the squeaker can be removed. “The delivery arrived on time. My 13 year old retriever was really excited when he saw the cake and gulped it within few minutes . He loved it! It was just so lovely watching him enjoy his delicious treat. Would buy this again!”

“Speedy delivery, my dog enjoyed everything that was in the box. There was a missing biscuit which I emailed them about, I was told that I would be sent 2, but was sent 1. I dint mind as Meri enjoyed it, but doe what you say you will, ya know.”

“Great products, quick delivery. Unfortunately, it was difficult to create it to send to another address as a gift, with a card with names of the dogs it was for and who it was from. I gave up in the end and had to notify the recipient separately and the card was blank. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review.”
