“A disappointment this time around. Half of my order went to the correct place as a gift and the other half came to me when it should have all been sent to the recipients of the gifts. Also the personalised bow ties I ordered for three dogs were not personalised, so all in all disappointing I'm afraid.”

Hi David, thanks for your feedback. We've not had anything from you in our support as I have just checked now. We also did send out an email which was sent to you explaining of delays with parcels due to how busy it was, of which we explained if you hadn't received your parcel yet and it was urgent to reply to the email. Again still no communication from yourself. This is literally the first we have heard of your parcel not arriving, however want to get this parcel to you asap in time for Christmas, here is your tracking link reference for royal mail which we sent you on posting the parcel (YT051634798GB) if there are any further issues please contact us on our support email support@postmanpooch.co.uk

“I've nothing but brilliant service from Postman Pooch, from the cakes to the Goodie boxes they've been great value. I send these to my "God-dogs" in the UK (I'm in Australia) I love to spoil them on their Birthdays and Christmas. This is a brilliant site. I love being able to access it!”

“I ordered my products on 4/12/25. They stated a 4 day delivery. It's now 18/12 and my order has not arrived. I've written to the company twice and have had no reply. However, they've had the nerve to write to me suggesting that I place another order! I will never order anything from this company again. I can't comment on the quality of the products as they haven't arrived.”

“Absolutely loved all the items I brought as Christmas presents for my daughters two dogs. Communication about the delays in sending the parcel could have been a bit better but I appreciate that this is difficult for a small business at this time of year. It won't put me off buying from them again.”
