“My girls look forward to their natural treats every morning. We have tried lots of companies but postman pooch has been the best in quality. They notified me via text when there was going to be a delay in my subscription and when to expect the product. I can't fault the service or the goods. Thank you.”

“Very disappointed overall. Arrived three days late so missed my dogs birthday. The birthday cup cakes are made with unhealthy ingredients I would not give my dog: sugar and salt top ingredients. For the price I spent £35.95 for three cupcakes, a squeaky ball, one candle and a few biscuits so terrible value overall. Would not recommend or buy again.”

“Not overly impressed to be honest. I ordered an item on a Saturday and paid for 24 hour delivery - accepting that this would mean I would receive it Tuesday. I did not receive the item until Wednesday. When I contacted them to ask what the issue was prior to it arriving, I was told that they process orders on working days (which I took in to account when ordering). After explaining what I already knew, I was then told the courier didn't pick up the orders on time so missed a day. I was not offered the postage back or any kind of recompence. So they were all to happy to take the higher delivery cost and not offer that service. Will look elsewhere as customer service is everything.”

Hi Ricky, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery time, but we would like to clarify the timeline for future customers reading this. Your order was placed on Saturday, when we are closed. As clearly outlined on our website, orders are processed and dispatched on working days (Monday–Friday), so your order was dispatched on Monday, the first available working day. The delivery service selected was Royal Mail Tracked 24, which has an expected delivery timeframe of 1–2 working days from dispatch. Your parcel was delivered on Wednesday, two working days after it was dispatched and therefore within the stated delivery timeframe. We completely understand that you had hoped to receive the parcel on Tuesday, but unfortunately Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next-day service. As the order was processed on the first available working day and delivered within the advertised 1–2 working day timeframe, there was no delivery charge to refund. We always want customers to have a positive experience with Postman Pooch, but in this instance the order was processed and delivered within the timescales advertised on our website. “Ordered the Kong Toy birthday box with a couple of additions. Was contacted by Helen via text the next day very apologetic that there were some items out of stock, but that she’d source replacements. This was arranged and shipped same day. Great service, and Kilo loved his treats on his 6th birthday!”
