Having input the shipping address on the site, the autopopulation of googlepay then changed it to my billing address in a way that I was then unable to change it. When I raised this with customer support they told me it was impossible for them to change it back (I suspect this was a lie born from laziness) and so here I am having to go to a post office to send it to the correct address 200 miles away. I have no idea how good the product is, but the customer service was terrible.

Hi sorry you feel this way about the customer service. Unfortunately the parcel had already been sent by the time we received your support message, therefore too late to change. Once the parcel is returned to us we will resend this out to you.

I ordered an edible card for my dog. I got a ‘pawsty’ toy. He loves it but it is clearly not what I ordered. Very disappointing.

I have been trying to get a VAT receipt but the responses from the team have not been helpful as they are expecting me to use the order confirmation as a receipt but as a VAT registered company, you should have your VAt number on the receipt so we are able to claim the VAT back. I am still waiting....

After being asked the gender, name and breed of the dog I was buying for I had expected a coloured gift box (perhaps pink as it was a girl) with the items I had purchased inside with a lovely personalised card. As this was my first time buying from Postman Pooch I was excited to receive the personalised gift package to give as a birthday present. However, there was no actual gift box, just the regular postage box with my postal address and the usual postal labels on it. I opened the box thinking the gift box would be inside, but it wasn't. The birthday card was a cheap little black and white one and the message on the card states that it is from Postman Pooch not blank so you can add your own name! My items were just rattling around with the card and the party hat was for a boy not a girl. Great idea, but very disappointing purchase. Couldn't return as had to gift the package (with my address etc. on it!!) the next day.

Hi Carol, sorry to hear you are disappointed. The Birthday box shown in the photo you bought from is the exact box we sent your ordered in, no where on the website do we advertise blue or pink boxes for specific genders. In reference to the coloured party hats we don't promote that you will receive a pink hat either, we have gold, silver, red, blue green and yellow as shown on the website. If you were unhappy with the purchase we do offer a full refund policy if you return the order to us with the items unused. Again sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order but this is the first time we are hearing about any issues from you, please next time reach out to us and we can rectify any problems for you.

Delivery to me instead of intended recipient despite entering different shipping details Message not included in delivery and was written as if I had a new puppy! Very disappointed with service this time around.

Hi Claire, I have just checked your latest went to the address you put at checkout. You paid by Apple Pay which automatically sets the delivery address for you when ordering based on what settings you have in your phone. I suggest maybe changing your delivery address settings in Apple Pay so this doesn't happen again.

I brought 2 boxes as i have 7 dogs no way did i get the amount stated in the box if i would of brought 1 emailed them but they ignored me wont be bothering again will buy from amazon pigs ear and rabbit ear pizzle sticks separately

On reviewing our cake product page I can see the very first bit of information we provide is the size of the cake so we've been transparent about this before you've purchase. To avoid disappointment next time read the product description prior to ordering as we always try to provide sizes where necessary, or alternatively reach out to us on phone or our support email before ordering and we can help you with any additional questions you might have.

Sadly, so disappointing. Ordered these cupcakes on the Friday 9th Dec for Ralph’s 1st Birthday on 14 th Dec but a no show even though we paid for 48 hr delivery. Finally turned up on 17 th, no good then.Went in the bin.Waste of money.

Hi Helen, thanks for your feedback, we did make it very clear on the website and in your first order email that there may be delays with parcels arriving due to Royal Mail strikes, so it is a bit unfair to leave us a 1 star review based on this when we've tried our best to make it clear there may be delays due to strikes.

Sadly my parcel was 3 days late and the bottle of drink in it was smashed everywhere and other items wet. First order most disappointing

Hi Belinda, if you reach out to us on a support ticket we can arrange for another cake to be sent out asap or refunded. Thanks for your feedback regarding the box. Our KONG box isn't sold as a tough box, KONG do sell tough toys but additionally sell soft toys as well. We have 2 other boxes for tough chewers, the Tough and The Tuff Dog Birthday box, it sounds like one of these boxes would be more suitable for your dog for furture reference.

Promised delivery of 2-3 days was not met. When I contacted them to ask for a refund, said that it was only estimated and yet charged me £5 for special delivery. Arrived after my dog's 18th Birthday party and on the day he was put to sleep. Saw the delivery, Evri man threw the parcel at the door. The cake was small which was not an issue but it was dreadfully damaged.(See photos) A DREADFUL EXPERIENCE! When I emailed them after the event, did not contact me. £20 paid and they needed to give me a refund which they refused. Poor customer experience

I was quite disappointed in the item received. It was lopsided, the treats on the side were falling off. Not the quality I expected when I paid £20 for it. However delivery was prompt within a couple of days. Rather than wrapping the outer box in bubble wrap, perhaps bubble wrap the cake inside the box so it’s not loose?

The cake arrived in a timely manner. It was much smaller than it looked on the website and the card was a waste of time. When I removed the cake from the box, most of the edging biscuits (dog bones) fell off. The card went straight in the bin, followed by the cake shortly afterwards as the dog refused to eat it. All i all it was a complete waste of money. when i mentioned to the company that I was underwhelmed they tole md I should have paid more attention to the description - I guess I should have! The cake was tiny!

Very disappointed with this. Not what I expected and didn't even fit through the letter. Far better companies out there that I will be using in the future.

EDIT- They told me to write a review and I’d get a voucher off my next purchase a week later and a follow up email and nothing, this is a real shame as I now won’t be using them again. There’s other companies out there that offer the same products who don’t promise money off etc for reviews and then you don’t receive anything.

I ordered a birthday box for my dog's first birthday on the 15th Nov. My dogs' birthday was on the 1st December - I still haven't received the package. Contacted the company who provided a lot of excuses instead of apologising. I'm still waiting for the package (which I intend on returning as its too late) and for the customer support team to contact me. I like to support small independent companies but I do not recommend this company - I will use Amazon next time.
