A disappointment this time around. Half of my order went to the correct place as a gift and the other half came to me when it should have all been sent to the recipients of the gifts. Also the personalised bow ties I ordered for three dogs were not personalised, so all in all disappointing I'm afraid.

I was totally dissapointed with both the shocking delivery and the contents shortage of my order as fully described to you in my e-mail, with photographs, sent to your support e-mail address on Saturday 6th December. Having not received any reply to that e-mail I am further dissapointed to now be asked to write a review. Alan Cranch. (order #10268 )

I used postman pooch last year for my dogs 4th birthday, it was brill, so used them again this year, ordered a birthday box and a cake, cake was £13, received the box, never received the cake, have asked for a refund 3 times via e Mail, no reply or refund, very disappointed

Although I was happy with the items I purchased, one birthday cake was missing. I have emailed three times and tried to make contact to ask for a refund for the missing item and had zero response. What I received was good but customer service is appealing and its put me off ordering again or recommending to anyone else. Pretty disappointing with the lack of communication. I even sent them an Instagram message. I hope they sort out their customer service.

Unfortunately we have been very disappointed with our purchase as it arrived with the cake broken and the decorations around it falling or fallen off. We ended up not using it as too close to the day we needed to use it to return and it wasn't how we wanted it and so it has not been used. Ended up making a cake ourselves which we should have done in the first place as cheaper and bigger!

Hi Jane, really sorry about this, unfortunately on occasions this happens in transit but we do try to prevent it by wrapping it well and also adding a fragile sticker to the box. If you had reached out to us and told customer service we could have sent a replacement or you could have returned the cake for a refund.

Hi Louise, sorry to hear the bones fell off, if you had got in touch we could have sent you a replacement. Regarding the writing on the cake, we do specifically quote on the product page that it comes with an icing pen, so you can write your message own on the cake.

Wasn’t very impressed with our box unfortunately. I ordered a big cake separately but that was placed in the box as an item. The only things that came were a paper party hat and a cup cake with a candle. Was very disappointed, no toys or anything?

For the price you pay I wasn't impressed. The Iced Woofin was stale and so dry the dogs couldn't (and didn't want to ) eat it. The toy is okay but nothing to write home about and the card is basically just a card printed on a laser printer. He seemed to enjoy the I woof you biscuit and I haven't given hime the beer or popcorn yet but I know he likes popcorn so I'm sure he'll eat it

Very expensive for what we received. The cake was tiny and not worth the money I spent on it. It also turned up with the biscuits around the outside broken. It was a birthday cake and we received a birthday card for Jasper yet the cake had "Happy Christmas" ribbon around it.

Hi Gayle, thanks for your review and sorry to hear you found us expensive, we are very competitive on price with our Birthday cakes we also offer free shipping which other companies don't. With regards to the broken biscuits we stick fragile stickers on every cake but sometimes in transit cakes still do get damaged, the merry Christmas banner will have been a mistake on our behalf with it being a very busy time of year so I apologise for that. If you would like to drop us an email we can offer you a partial refund on the cake or a full replacement.
