“Amazing products”

“After being asked the gender, name and breed of the dog I was buying for I had expected a coloured gift box (perhaps pink as it was a girl) with the items I had purchased inside with a lovely personalised card. As this was my first time buying from Postman Pooch I was excited to receive the personalised gift package to give as a birthday present. However, there was no actual gift box, just the regular postage box with my postal address and the usual postal labels on it. I opened the box thinking the gift box would be inside, but it wasn't. The birthday card was a cheap little black and white one and the message on the card states that it is from Postman Pooch not blank so you can add your own name! My items were just rattling around with the card and the party hat was for a boy not a girl. Great idea, but very disappointing purchase. Couldn't return as had to gift the package (with my address etc. on it!!) the next day.”

Hi Carol, sorry to hear you are disappointed. The Birthday box shown in the photo you bought from is the exact box we sent your ordered in, no where on the website do we advertise blue or pink boxes for specific genders. In reference to the coloured party hats we don't promote that you will receive a pink hat either, we have gold, silver, red, blue green and yellow as shown on the website. If you were unhappy with the purchase we do offer a full refund policy if you return the order to us with the items unused. Again sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order but this is the first time we are hearing about any issues from you, please next time reach out to us and we can rectify any problems for you.

Hi Claire, I have just checked your latest went to the address you put at checkout. You paid by Apple Pay which automatically sets the delivery address for you when ordering based on what settings you have in your phone. I suggest maybe changing your delivery address settings in Apple Pay so this doesn't happen again.

“This business is excellent to deal with. The products are lovely and my Grandog loves everything i have bought her. When i give her the box’s she knows it toys and treats. I am sure she wonders if a bottle of Dogbeer is inside as she loves it. Highly recommend.”

“First time we’ve used Postman Pooch but it won’t be the last. Delivery was spot on and the birthday box was fab. Teddy loved everything and judging by the quality of the contents, was definitely value for money. Thank you.”

“Storm loves his birthday box, he loved the cake which he shared with his doggie brother and sister. Definitely recommend. Royal Mail messed up the delivery so it was late but Storm was very happy.”

“I ordered birthday boxes where you make your own, one for my mum’s dog & mine. Both were absolutely over the moon with them, will be ordering plenty more in the future. Fabulous choice of gifts, highly recommend. Small downside was delivery service though that was more a Royal Mail issue sending emails that delivery due but didn’t arrive until a couple of days later. Would not pay for faster delivery again due to this. Look forward ordering the next treat box!”
