“I ordered some treats etc for my dogs birthday but unfortunately the cheesey popcorn treat was not inside the box. I messaged Postman Pooch and they sent the treat out ASAP and apologised. I look forward to using the company again for future purchases x”

“Lovely treats. Disappointed it didn't come in the box it is displayed in on the website. There also is no menu of what each treat is, which isn't ideal for the receiver!”

“The delivery was fast, but the cake was rock hard, I know it said "crunchy" on the box, but my dog really struggled to try and eat some of it. Threw it away, will remember not to order "crunchy" next time.”

“Really great experience, from ordering to recieving. Website and payment were easy to navigate and the items arrived quickly and well packaged. I bought 3 toys and my dogs love them. They seem to be good quality and durable. They were also incredibly reasonably priced. I'll definitely be ordering from Postman Pooch again”

“Hazel really enjoyed the natural treats I bought for her birthday. She was rubbing herself all over the rabbit ears (maybe learned from her cat brother?) She also likes the guinness pint addition to her excessive toy collection. The items arrived on time and are good quality. Definitely recommend.”

“Very good product and my pet was over the moon with the contents. My only improvement feedback would be a reduction in emails, I think I received 10 in 10 days after ordering. Very pleased with the service though!”
