“Excellent service and easy to speak to. Treats are of excellent quality and have many ranges. Toys are appropriate for the packages and are durable Packaging is beautifully done and delivery and ordering of the website is easy Big plus is that you can pause or cancle subscriptions and the natural boxes are of excellent quality and variety to suit any dog Perfect boxes full of surprises and that poo bags are provided within each box My 2 dogs 🐕 love ❤ Postman pooch and no longer bark at the postman I have an 11 year old pedigree male Staffordshire bull terrier and a 14 week old puppy bulldog bitch Cross American XL Bully Would definitely recommend this company”

“I've used this company 2 or 3 times now and my girls get so excited when they see the box, normally they have to have their gifts early or I'd get no peace. Will definitely continue use and they definitely have my girls approval.”

“This box is fantastic, gave it to my dog today, loves the crocodile and hopper, has eaten the cake (which I was shocked about as have bought from other providers previously and he won't touch them) overall...Great concept, great products, great value! Repeat customer in the making! Ps we got the blue monkey which is adorable!”

“My dog absolutely loved her birthday box. She scoffed her birthday cake and didn’t share with her older brother 😁 I would highly recommend this product. And will definitely get one for her big brother. Thanks Postman Pooch”

“I brought 2 boxes as i have 7 dogs no way did i get the amount stated in the box if i would of brought 1 emailed them but they ignored me wont be bothering again will buy from amazon pigs ear and rabbit ear pizzle sticks separately”

“Unfortunately we have been very disappointed with our purchase as it arrived with the cake broken and the decorations around it falling or fallen off. We ended up not using it as too close to the day we needed to use it to return and it wasn't how we wanted it and so it has not been used. Ended up making a cake ourselves which we should have done in the first place as cheaper and bigger!”

Hi Jane, really sorry about this, unfortunately on occasions this happens in transit but we do try to prevent it by wrapping it well and also adding a fragile sticker to the box. If you had reached out to us and told customer service we could have sent a replacement or you could have returned the cake for a refund.
