“Terribly explained about extra payments and slow to reply. Installation on the day (think from Matt) was very good and took time to explain everything in detail.”

“Questionnaire availability was ignored, and had to repeat installation availability twice. There was supposed to be white trunking for the visible internal cable, but this is a thick black cable running along the inside. The installer was not polite, very blunt and slightly intimidating. This made it difficult to ask any questions on the day. He did not tidy up after and there was brick dust all around to clean.”

“Jen in the installation scheduling team and Dean the installer were both excellent. Both should be recognised for outstanding customer support. Prior to working with them wasn’t as good. Took a long time after placing the order for someone from Pod Point to contact me. Please work on that as the rest of the service was great.”

“Excellent product and working well, but time from order to installation was over a month and then installation took two visits and a lot of chasing thereafter 😪 If I could have cancelled I would have, but charger was part of a car purchase package so had to grin and bear it. The second installer was excellent.”
