Excellent from start to finish. Ordered on a Saturday, completed the online survey on Sunday, charger installed and operational on Tuesday! Nilesh did a great job.

Very disppaoiinted with the time it took from ordering and paying to actually having my charging point fitted. Ordered 28/10/23 and finbally got it fitted 18/01/24. Misscoumminiaction, emails sent to the wrong customer, me having to chase and getting no reply to emails, then having to wait 1 hrs 20 mins on hold on the phone. Now ive had the pint fitted it wont connect to the Wi-fi and the engineer that fitted it said he doenst have the knowledge to be able to do any more and that i have to call the custiomer service desk. Not good enough, no doubt that will be another 1hr and 20 mins of my life i wont get back. he said that some wifi connections wont work with this model, nobody told me that when i placed the order.

Arrived on time, very polite, explained what he was going to do, agreed location etc. Very tidy job and all cleared up afterwards.

Dean installed my new Pod Point yesterday afternoon. The installation process was excellent. He made a great job and explained everything he was doing throughout. 1st class job Dean. I wish I could say the same about getting to this day. The communication was very poor to firstly get a survey done (4 attempts) and secondly to book my installation (2 attempts). Numerous phone calls and e-mails were required - I was constantly chasing and spent hours waiting on the phone in queues to find out the status of my order. There appears to be a systems issue with Pod Point and poor communications compounded to make it a very disappointing experience. 10 out of 10 for the installation though.

Vey impressive. Booking installation is easy; it can take some time to complete the 'pre-installation' checklist if you want your pod point fitting inside the garage, but it's worth it to avoid any issues when they turn up. Comms was great from booking onwards. The installation engineer was on time, professional, efficient, and discussed preferred options to ensure that the installation and cabling was conveniently located for us, and not just the easiest option for him. Finished in about 2 hours, and the installation looks to have been carried out to a very high standard. Cleaned up after himself, and the pod point works perfectly so far. Great service.

The Engineer (Craig) who carried out the installation was amazing but the website/portal for sending through details for the installation is awful. It says to send you as much information as possible but after 3 different attempts and several phone call when I was on hold for 40 minutes each time you told me that there is a size limit for this. WHY SAY TO SEND YOU AS MUCH INFO AS POSSIBLE IF YOUR WEB PORTAL CANT HANDLE IT!

Overall the customer service from the Pod point help desk was just OK. Sometimes difficult to get through and not very proactive at responding to email. Once scheduled and assigned to installation engineer, installation on the day was great. The installer, Lewis Maslin, was fantastic. Turned up on time and completed the job quickly working in freezing cold conditions. Very neat and tidy installation, got it up and running, connected to Wi-Fi, and demonstrated working.

Simple to order. The installation date came through within two and a half weeks. The engineer was friendly, knowledgeable and a very nice chap - a real asset to Pod Point.

The installation of my new Pod Point by Craig B was punctual, professional, friendly and tidy. Craig was careful and respectful of the property, and explained how to use my new charging point. He kindly set up the WiFi for me and guided me through the App settings. Would recommend 100% - many thanks!
