“Following the completion of a form which included taking photos and measurements from fuse box to where the Pod Point was going, the installation was simple and pretty quick (around 3 hours). The I installer was helpful, polite and tied up after the drilling. Great communication from the company throughout.”

“Very efficient service for communication . Main problem was submitting the application with relevant documents. Complicated for a non technical senior citizen like myself. But managed to submit the required information.”

“All went as planned from start to finish. On the day of the fitting the chap called about 1 hour beforehand, he was very polite and sort it as i what it fitted leaving the area clean and tidy when done.”

“The installer arrived earlier than expected, which was a bonus, the installation went without any issues, I explained where I would like the POD, and the fitter carried out my request to a good standard, He was efficient, cleaned up after himself, it was like he was never there, except I had a POD on my wall. The engineer explained how to interact with the POD and set it up on my mobile. this was well explained and was very helpful. Thank you”
