“Straightforward process from order to installation.”

“The engineer was great with the Podpoint installation. He respected working in our property, cleaning up around him while he worked and discussed the best route the electrics should take from the electric board up to the charging point outside on our driveway. However, our CCTV no longer works since his installation which I am rather upset about so he must have pressed something but I am unable to resolve this”

“I cannot fault the service received from Pod Point. Their attention to detail and support in clarifying the best cable route was very helpful in defining the installation work required. The ability to upload photos was good and this meant that there were no surprises on installation. There were no delays in scheduling an installation date and the electrician turned up on time and worked well. The initial questionnaire is a little daunting but completing it helps to clarify what needs to be done”
