“I had the worst experience with my podpoint installer and he was the subcontractors from Oxford. I must say the quality of work was reasonable but his communication was beyond my imagination and I wouldn’t recommend this subcontractor to anyone. He was very impatient and rude whilst explaining after the installation. He has called me to show the work and left my home within 2 minutes and his reason was he had to do another job.He was very unprofessional whilst explaining his work and I found he was very insecure doing his duties. I have made several attempts to contact podpoint but their customer service was very poor in fact no one answered my call at the end. I was-expecting that the podpoint team would contact customers to see if everything was okay following the installation. I wouldn’t recommend this company.”

“I didn't like the idea of the self survey as you need to have some idea of what you want and you may not know the best options. Having said that the photos and information I sent was checked and the installation went very well. Frank was conscientious in his work and made a really good job. Overall very happy with work carried out and for reasonable price.”

“The staff were very friendly and made selecting a setting up the installation very easy. The engineer was bang on time and did an excellent job to install it and show me how to use it and the app. I highly recommend.”

“A very positive experience. I got a text about one hour before the installation time, he arrived on time and started straight away. The job was done quickly and very neatly,left no mess. He explained how to use the charger. Highly recommend. Thank you for a nice job.”

“Simple and easy to book, with the installer turning up as planned. Be aware that you will need to show that your water and gas supplies are earth bonded before PodPoint will install. This is a necessary safety requirement, but may involve you getting the work undertaken (if the bonding is not in place), as we had to - thus delaying the install date.”

“The technician who came and installed the device was friendly and courteous, clean, efficient, and professional in his work. He completed the job quickly, with no fuss and minimum disruption. He explained what he had done, how to operate the device, and what to do if it should ever go wrong. I have nothing but praise for the young man and the way he completed his work.”
