“We contacted Podpoint last week and installation was booked in for Tues this week. Really impressed with the short turnaround. The communication from Podpoint regarding installation time etc was good and we could track the arrival of the installer online. He arrived as expected and was very helpful and friendly and very thorough in his work. He explained how to work the charger, did a practice charge to ensure it was working and answered any questions. So far so good. Very happy with things”

“Within a two weeks our Pod Point charger was installed and an appointment was arranged with Electricity North West to unloop our electricity supply. The installation went smoothly and the fitter explained how to use the charger, connected it to our internet and showed us how to reset it. Professional and efficient.”

“The installation by Edward was done very professionally. He was very patient explaining all the features. However the time from ordering to installation was too long being 22 days. Shortly after installation the charger stopped working which was reported on 25 August. The projected repair visit I was given was 11 September when I am not available. I rang to try to arrange a suitable date only to be told that I could not speak to anyone to rearrange an appointment. That was 2 days ago and despite emailing back I have not been given a new date. This is appalling treatment. Having to wait 17 days for a repair on a new installation is unacceptable as is the fact that I have had no response to my e mail.”

“The Engineer was professional in the installation and explained all the details and how it works. Only disappointing thing is whilst booking they slot they did not mentioned that power will be taken for almost 2 hours.”

“Whole process was pretty straight forward. The initial engagement is all online, which is a bit cold, but once you have submitted interest you will be able to speak to an agent. A few survey emails later I was able to finalise how it would all be set up. Did not receive confirmation of installation date via email, so did need to chase up for confirmation in writing as it had ben left somewhat ambiguous, but installation was offered in well under the 4 week expected lead time. Installer on the day was excellent. He was efficient and effective, talked me through what he was gonig to be doing. Once installed he walked me through how to use the point. He left no trace of any drilling or installation. Very happy customer”

“All very straightforward from ordering all the way through to fitting. The electrician was very experienced and did a very neat job of installation. He also spent time explaining everything, including registering the new Pod Point with the app, how to connect the Pod Point to the car and various useful hints and tips.”
