“The engineer was excellent and efficient. He demonstrated competence and gave confidence that the installation and commissioning experience would be good. Pre-installation seemed quite challenging, after completion of the pre-installation questionnaire.”

“On the whole it's been a good experience but i've found it very frustrating you don't feature your phone number on emails to clients. I needed to speak to someone over questions re what i should order and when i finally made my order and added the surge protection device the online payment failed so i needed to call to make a manual payment but no phone number was given! The system then took payment twice for the surge device so i needed to call again (and I still haven't had the refund through). But the frustrating part is that your phone number doesn't appear on any of the confirmation emails sent through - even when i've paid and ordered something so am an active customer and even when you're asking me to call to make a payment! - so as soon as there's a problem/question or you want me to pay you i then have to search out the phone number myself which just makes the whole process even more frustrating for the consumer. Your installer Jack saved the day! He was friendly, professional, neat, knowledgable. A great ambassador for your brand and turned my experience around.”

“The initial online application left me slightly worried in that it seemed rather demanding.After that the response from Pod Point was very good and I found myself feeling more confident. I requested a fitting within 10 days and was given an appointment 7 days later. The technician Rowan who came out was very polite and agreeable. He explained everything that he was doing and got on with the installation. He had sent a message in advance saying he was 30 minutes away and then afterwards he said to call him if i did not understand anything. Indeed i sent him a question when I was trying to do the set-up and he solved my problem. Overall a very satisfactory and professional job.”

“The engineer was extremely professional and communicated his activities transparently. Would highly recommend Podpoint sales team and their field engineering team highly, it is a sizeable investment but the team we dealt with were extremely professional.”

“The installer arrived at the time specified and discussed where the Pod was to be fitted. He also explained what he would do. When finished he explained how it worked and asked if I had any questions. He also left the area tidy. All together a very professional installation experience.”

“First guy I had was very helpful, realised a few things needed changing before he could final commission and also that the wrong part had been sent so organised for that to be changed and rebooked. The second guy was much less helpful and found more problems than solutions. Also on the 3rd visit, said he would be there at 8am and didnt arrive til 9, which apparently is as early as he ever starts. The scheduling team however booked him for 8. The scheduling team also don't start until 9 so when I was calling repeatedly when noone showed up, I had to wait until 9 for an answer.”

“Michael did a great job. He messaged me the day before and arrived this morning bang on time. My installation was very straight forward, so he handed it over to me in a couple of hours. Fully explained and all working well. Very pleased.”
