The PodPoint engineer attended as arranged and was polite and efficient. Charging station working as expected. It was installed as part of a BMW offer. Trying to resolve the BMW side of things was a nightmare but PodPoint were extremely helpful in communicating with them to ensure things did eventually get sorted out.

After a mix up with the dates and a non arrival last Friday, Craig turned up today after a rearranged date. (Pod Points fault). Craig was very polite, very tidy work and explained the system well. Craig made up for Pod Points failures.

Installer turned up and I showed him where I wanted it and left him to it. He warned electric would go off for 15 mins. And in about 2 hrs all done, no fuss or bother, he demonstrated the charging unit showed me instructions and where to get help. It all went very smoothly.

Ordering was quick and easy and everything was explained well. Installer was excellent, neat and tidy work and explained the Pod Point and ensure our App was working correctly.

Excellent service from ordering on line to complete installation. Ordered online, very detailed questionnaire but easy to follow and understand. Quick telephone call from Pod Point to make sure all is what I required. Jim the electrician contacted me 3 days early than planned to see if it can be fitted sooner, yes. He came round, very friendly, went through where wanted it. Kept area tidy and very professional. Explained everything once fitted.

Massive water leak, installer drilled through a radiator pipe. Nice guy, but I believe too rushed by PodPoint to do many jobs in one day. Not enough time to take care and go slowly. Scratched floor, marked walls… overall not great.

Awful. Bought the car 5/5/23, pod point installed 18/8/23 and it’s the wrong one !!!!! Still waiting to hear from Bob or Dominic about when the correct, ordered charger can be installed.

Received an electric vechile with nhs salary sacrifice scheme. Have the car 5 weeks now and still no pod point. They had sent an email stating that they need clarification that I own the house and from then will not answer the call. The local installation team just hang up and costumer services will not answer. The driveway usually holds my mothers campervan so is more than adequate. It would be good to hear from them to see what else they need however because they have already been paid they don’t care. The call logs are extensive and still no reply. Have screen shots here with number and length of calls which are ridiculous. I’m a nurse and have been wasting an hour each day during lunch breaks in an attempt to get talking to someone.

Jacob the installer was excellent. Extremely friendly and hardworking. I was thoroughly impressed by him and the work he did. Definitely recommend him and the whole service.
