“Terrible service. Having waited three weeks to have home charger installed all pod point can do is give delays to installing or giving a date. We are still waiting. One thing after another. We have a new electric car and can’t charge!!! They make moving to an electric car a complete night mare. Customer service terrible. You can’t get through on the phone without waiting at least 30 minutes. Do not use them. We wish we did not have to deal with them but charger was arranged when we brought new BMW. We have no idea after 3 weeks how this is going to get resolved or when if we will get a charger.”
