“Absolutely shocking customer experience. Charger installed but slower than charging from the normal plug. Phone lines not answered do not work, no reply’s to emails and no reply’s on Twitter. Absolute rip off. Choose a different provider or be disappointed”

“The gentleman that came to fit the power point was incredibly polite & very informative. He asked me where I’d like most certain aspects of the installation to go instead of just putting them where he though. The initial set up via email was also very good with constant check ups on progress of ordering etc.”

“FITTED IN MY GARAGE ,THEN TOLD IT WOULDNT WORK IN MY GARAGE . UNINSTALLED IT FROM MY GARAGE AND FITTED TO WALL OF HOUSE ,STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY .TRIED RINGING ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS ,NIGHTMARE TO GET THROUGH AND BEEN CUT OF MORE THAN ONCE”

“Very poor communications to establish survey/requirements which needed many chasing emails/calls. Then, out of the blue I get a notification of the installation date/time for the following week. The engineer arrived on time, was courteous, and hard-working during the 3 hours of installation, leaving the premises spotlessly clean. Highly recommend this service and Mike the engineer”
