“Podpojnt have been very helpful throughout the whole process. But the engineer told me that the pod cab deactivated from the app but Podpoint told me it cannot after enquiring with them.”

“Installation arranged for 1:30. Engineer arrive an hour early. Fortinaet he was willing to wait for me to get home from work. After that installation went we’ll and engineer talked me through the app and how to use the charger.”

“Pre installation- Poor communication in advance short notice scheduling limited visibility of any planning process. Installation good although second visit required to complete earthing.”

“Excellent service and communication. A complicated install - I needed groundworks to lay the cable from the house to the detached garage - and, as well as being quoted for the groundworks, was also given all the detailed information I needed to arrange the groundworks to be arranged separately.”

“First of all the person who installed the podpoint configured it incorrectly by putting in the wrong series number. This then caused me issues with trying to register for the podpoint app. Also, the podpoint that is fitted isn’t giving the kW that I paid for. Also, there are signs coming up saying there is some sort of interruption in the charge. I need to now contact someone in regards with this matter as its very inconvenient for me as i have to find a charging point in public.”
