“Very easy to book the installation, but I suspect ours was a very simple one - just the other side of the garage wall from the meter. Did what it said on the tin, which is what you want.”

“Unacceptable leaving it to the customer to provide all the data, information & photographs online to Podpoint for its desktop preliminary survey & risk assessment. £999 should buy an initial onside visit, advice & guidance. Good service after that especially from the engineer who installed the charging unit, commissioned it, made the electrical connections, & assisted with setup of the Podpoint App.”

“After needing a little assistance in working out which pod point product was going to be most suitable for me, I received very good advice over the phone. This may point to the fact that the website doesn't really stand alone despite the comprehensive FAQ's. Booking process was simplicity itself and the technology for carrying out my own home survey worked really well. (I needed to use my initiative though in terms of locating my specific meter installation reference on the grid, with mine being a brand new property. The installation was carried out superbly well by Mike, very neat job and nothing was too much trouble in terms of providing detailed explanations.”

“Should have come with a lock and not separate unless it was a special lock. As it should have had a place for a padlock at least to be out on it. Customer service do not come back quick enough when contacted. Car not arrived so do. It know how good it is. Looks good though”
