“Very good tidy installation by Matt Lofthouse (5-star Servce) Matt was very polite, helpful and knowledgable. He went the extra mile to complete a very proffesional installation and even cleared all the old Cobwebs from my Electric Meter box!!!!! I can't fault his workmanship or customer facing skills. I manage a team of Field Service Engineers who look after warehouse automation equipment and know how hard it is to find good Engineers like Matt. So look after him at pay review time and I'm sure you will retain him.”

“Excellent response. The whole process took only 4 days! The online proceedure was fast and efficient and contact was made within a couple of days. The installer (Eddy Howard) was excellent - very polite and extremely competent. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly and answered all my questions. a good experience from start to finish.”

“The person who came was very polite and efficient and completed the job in a short period of time. His explanation on how to operate it was very fast, like he was in a rush to get off. When he left, we noticed that the fuse box cover which he had fitted next to the podpoint was broken on the clip part so it doesn't close properly. Apart from this we are pleased with the service.”

“PodPoint is very efficient and very helpful. I was expecting to get it installed within two weeks according to their website. I also prepared to let my new EV sit on the driveway for two weeks. When I talked to the team they managed to get a slot for me on the day of EV delivery. It was brilliant! Thank you so much!”

“Well what can I say absolutely over the moon From the first contact with pod point they have been amazing Very helpful and even offer a small discount voucher The fitting was even easier Got a message on the day to say he would be there at a set time Craig was very professional and very helpful and explained everything clearly so we understood, left the place cleaner than he found it too I cannot recommend this company enough So so so happy Thanks to the pod point team for a fantastic job from start to finish”
