“Our technician Carl Gibbs kept us fully updated on his arrival time. Worked efficiently in terrible weather conditions and explained everything clearly. Installation complete in less than 3 hours and as we had only placed our online order the day before things could not have happened any better - very impressed with the service.”

“This was a replacement for an existing EV Charger that was end of life. Order and pre-install process needs significant attention, it was poor. Wondered if my only purpose was as a bank lending funds to Pod Point for its cashflow, complete void in providing any indication of an install date. I had to ask if we were at the stage where I needed to consider other suppliers before there was some definitive action. Please bear in mind, that if one Pod Point staff member goes on leave, all order activity stops. Additionally it was not explicit during the order process that there is a dependency on home broadband / internet. Or rather it was not apparent to me. I had expected mobile comms. If had known at the point of order I probably may not have placed the order with Pod Point Install was smooth and no trouble. Engineer was on time, extremely proficient and polite, knew his job and got on with it.”

“Really straightforward from start to finish. The Pre-Installation Form was quite detailed and took a little longer than I expected, but it clearly captured everything needed for a slick install. On the morning Denroy arrived towards the start of the allocated slot, and finished just before noon as expected . He was brilliant, neat, tidy job. Everything as we wanted it, and nice run through before he left. We're very happy.”

“Really impressed with my installation by Nick G. I was very specific about where I wanted the charger located on the fron of my house. It was a dificul;t cable run that involved drilling out through a wall in a confinerd space, taking the cable up into the loft space and running it down out of sight to the charger location. A very tidy installation and you wouldn't have known Nick was there afterwards, and a very tidy work area.”
