“Haydn who installed my Pod Point charger was courteous, professional and efficient. The install took around 3 hours in total and kept housekeeping in order and did a very tidy install. Highly recommend.”

Our installer, Haydn, let us know exactly when he would be arriving, was on time, incredibly helpful and explained things simply and clearly. “Steve was very helpful and cheerful. He rang and let us know his estimated time of arrival, installed the PodPoint with minimal disruption, and let us know when the power would need to be turned off for 20 minutes. Very happy with the experience.”

“Engineer turned up 4 hours behind schedule. Blamed scheduling by his planning team. This meant that the install couldn't be completed on the day. I had taken the day off works to accommodate this. Appreciate that these things can happen due to circumstances, however, I was more annoyed about how long it took to return and complete the install. Original install was 18th January and the didn't return until the 2nd February. Very poor customer service particularly as I had been let down by the initial appointment and there was no effort to remedy this.”

“Have already raised a complaint about the overall service which comprised poor communication during the booking process and the length of time it took from the intial booking to installation. Also was passed to a sub-contractor, to do the install, who asked for additional money for a RCD unit saying this was not included in the standard install price. I challenged this with Pod Point, who agreed that there was no extra and sent one of their own team to do the install. He was excellent on the day and I could not complain about him in any way. I am happy with the charger, but not how the process of getting the install went.”
