“I had Craig Burt as my installer. I recieved a message from Craig the day before the installation date,giving me details of what time he would get to me. Craig arrived at the time stated 08.30, he was very friendly and respectful, talking through the installation process and setting up the PodPoint app on my phone. Craig gave a great quality service with some good advice. Thank you Craig”

“Ashley was a very competent installer. He explained where he would like to run the cable and once I agreed he set to work. He kept me informed as he went along and in no time the cable was neatly installed. The actual Podpoint charger was mounted just where it was needed and shortly thereafter connected to the mains. Ashley then demonstrated how to connect to the car, set up the app and made sure all was working properly before tidying up and leaving. I am very happy with the whole experience and would recommend it to anyone.”

“The process was excellent from start to finish from Natalia whom I spoke with during the order who explained everything really well through to Haydn who installed the charger who’s communication before arriving was good and his conduct throughout thee installation impeccable. I can’t wait to start charging faster. Mark”

“The whole process was simple, fast and very effective. The order was placed and I was booked in for my installation. Ashely Parker completed the work for me, was very efficient, communicated throughout and provided some advice on PodPoint positioning and in the end, how to use it. I would have no hesitation in recommending PodPoint.”

“Very amicable, arrived when they saif they would and fully communicated throughout re: small switch off of power to home. As I was working from home that day, arranged around the appointment this was vital for meetings etc. Overall a flawless experience and around 2 hours from arrival to leaving.”

“Poorly organised start to finish - there was no instruction on the scope of work Podpoint would do nor the preparation they needed. Every stage was delayed by poor communication and parts not being sent out on time.”

“Installer was fantastic.... polite, friendly , efficient and a very neat, thoughtful job done. The initial appointment was arranged very fast. However the time schedule allowed for his work was so tight inc travel that he only installed the unit and ran out of working hours to connect up. I then waited 2 weeks for the connection to be completed. Such a shame as it spoilt an otherwise brilliant experience.”
