“Engineer who performed the installation was superb, just got on with the job with minimum fuss. Only downside was the requirement to send photos and sketches of proposed nstallation. This was quite time consuming with the onus put on the customer. For over 1000 pounds, I would expect Podpoint to send an engineer out to discuss and gather the information needed prior to installation. I also had to do the necessary following up for moving the job along.”
