“Our Installation was not straightforward and the engineer said he needed to get a longer drill bit and come back again. The drill bit was ordered over the phone immediately and the engineer came back and completed the work as soon as he had the drill bit. Very efficient.”

“Extremely pleased with my installation. The installer was professional, and friendly and kept me updated on the full process. The pre-work was a bit tricky. Not knowing the ins and outs of the house, I didn't know where to locate certain things. But it was a learning curve and Pod Point staff helped along the way. Overall a great service from beginning to end.”

“Simple ordering procedure and prompt installation. The technician turned up at the time and date promised. He was polite and very knowledgeable and installed the pod point without any issues. He explained its operation very clearly and what to do if problems should arise. He left the area very clean. Excellent service from start to finish. I would recommend podpoint to anybody wanting a Ev home charger.”

“Very professional from initial contact to surveying the current electrical installation and then installation of the charger itself. The installer was very personable and made a very tidy job with the cabling and tidied up afterwards.”

“Overall experience was good however the pre-installation information process was a little jarring. The initial information submitted received a reply asking for more information to complete. Information was sent and then more information was requested when it could have been requested the first time to quicken up the process.”
