“The installer arrived early, and the job was complete in no time at all. Unfortunately the process was less than perfect because the criteria for the installation had not been explained properly and if the installer had surveyed the site first it would have been a lot easier. It was never explained that the installation had to be in the electric meter box as opposed to the preinstalled EV point that already existed in the property.”

“Poor communication from the company: no prior site visit, no response to queries. Eventual installation on second visit was efficient and trouble free. A prior visit would have helped our planning greatly.”

“Excellent experience. The guys doing the install arrived on time, gave consideration as to how the end result would look: they initiated a short chat about where best to put the podpoint so that no cabling would be seen. They gave us a heads up when the electricity would need to be switched off. The cabling work was really good: very neat and tidy. The intro to the unit was pretty straightforward and well delivered. Very happy with the process and the end result.”

“The fitter came early so was good. Fitted the pod point charger perfectly. We had slight problem with it not recognising the attached cable, but was soon sorted over Wi-Fi. Very pleased and now no more petrol stations.”

“Taylor was fantastic, he messaged the day before to give me his arrival time, spoke to me about where best to position the pod point on our wall and gave me notice when he needed to turn off the power to connect it up. The installation was really fast and super convenient.”
