“Broke toilet seat. Left wood up from the consumer unit and cost 200 extra due to “non standard install”. Issue between your contractor and his sub contractor passing info on too.”

“There was a lengthy exchange of emails regarding the proposed route for cabling between the charger and meter. However when the engineer arrived on site we were able to quickly agree on the most suitable route and he carried out the installation promptly and efficiently. The charger is now working well.”

“Ordering & installation was very good and swift. The pod point unfortunately did not function properly initially but Pod Point reloved the situation temporarily by making a remote alteration to the unit. Within a few hours they had carried out remote investigation of the unit and booked a maintenance visit to make a permanent fix to the initial problem. This was all quite impressive. I am current;y waiting for the maintenance visit which is due in two days.”

“Easy to use website. Good information to choose the right charger. The product works well and installation was done to a high standard by an independent contractor. Nice Installation. The downside was I had to fill in a form online (4 pages with photos) showing the proposed installation and the services to my home showing all the earthing for GAS, Electricity and Water. This took some time to do. Once completed (You have to do all pages|screens together otherwise they are not saved). This is why I have given it 4 Stars and not 5 Stars”

“I think my order was treated professionally and promptly. A potential issue was identified and POD Point completed the necessary forms for me to submit to the power network maintainers. As soon as the issue was resolved installation was arranged. The installer was pleasant and helpful and completed the installation promptly.”

“Overall a great experience. We kept up to date via email at every stage before installation. On the day the trades man was very polite and professional. After the pod was installed he explained everything and left the installation area very clean. Great job”
