“The installation was not complete as the installer was not authorised to fit the surge protector. I have not been given a date for it to be fitted yet.”

“Fairly simple pre-installation process but had to reduce photograph file size before they could be sent. Also anxiety about not being able to find & photograph earth bonding connection. Easy booking & short wait for neat installation.”

“Phoned in advance to give time off arrival. Lovely chap. Explained the procedure of installation and coincided the power turn off necessary for installation to suit me. POD point placed where suited.”

“Ordering and installation all seem to go well, and quick to do. Do have an issue with connecting the Pod Point to the app so currently can not schedule charging and see costs.”

“Installation as planned - Craig really helpful at hiding the cable as it has to go from one side of house to the other. Very professional! Linking the pod to the app needed to be completed with the help of pod point as not found when searching”

“Tom arrived within the allotted time and assessed the job to be done recommending that the cable should run internally in the garage feeding off the electricity meter which was on the external wall. He got on with the job in hand and was happy to answer any of my questions. Pleasant polite and professional and cleared up after completion.”

“The ordering process was well handled, but the next contact made me think the photos had not been looked at closely and the eventual option of another consumer unit was not suggested. In the end it was fitted in good time and is working satisfactorily”
