“Overall a really well-organised activity with good communication in the build-up and a very professional install on the day. Weather was unfortunately very wet and windy on the day and the PCB was swapped due to suspected water ingress. Car charges fine but support still trying to investigate why light doesn't go green during charging (hence just 4 stars for now). Wiring job inside the house was really professional and I was very happy with the explanation before the installer left.”

“For going on the website to place the order through to the installation everything ran smoothly. The order process does require a bit of form filling and images but it is straight forward. On the day of installation our engineer called a good hour ahead to let us know he was on his way. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We had looked at a number of other options but would highly recommend Pod Point to anyone getting an electric vehicle.”

“Joe arrived as per svedule time and explained everything he was going to do to instal my new Pod Point. He did an excellent and very neat job with the installation and then explained to me how everything worked and we connected it to the car and made sure everythi ng was OK before he left.”

“Excellent service - booked online, got a call later in the day saying they'd had a cancellation and they could come the next morning. Arrived at 8.30, all done by 10.30 am. Power off for no more than 10 mins.”
