“A first-class experience from start to finish. Heron were proactive and responsive during the design process, and the installation itself was a masterclass in efficiency. The scaffolding went up on Friday, the electrical components (including Tesla Powerwall) were installed on Monday and the panels were up and running by Tuesday afternoon! Everyone involved was friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend Heron Electrical to others planning a similar installation.”

“Craig the Engineer was extremely professional and helpful. Kept me informed throughout and offered advice and support. His work in installing the charger was first rate and he made sure the cabling was neat and tidy. Was very impressed with his work.”

“Very much a case of two halves. The initial online organisation ran smoothly. However in actually booking a date for the installation, there were signifiicant issues. After multiple back and forth emails sending photos etc, i was required to send one final photo of the main fuse. I sent this as requested, however this email was not seen by the administration team. They therefore cancelled the initial installation. Very frustratingly, they lied over the phone, saying that they had never received said email. A simple apology for not having seen it would have sufficed, however the lie is very frustrating. They were able to reschedule for the week after thankfully. The actual installation on the day however was superb. Arrived promptly, worked diligently, quality of finish excellent, polite throughout. Cannot fault the engineer actually performing the installation at all.”
