“After the shambolic services received from Northern powergrid who dug up the street for absolutely no reason and didnt communcate what was happening when I have to say that I was dreading the visit for the installation from Pod point but I was pleasantly surprised. The installation was something of a challenge I believe but the engineer was prompt, polite, communicated well and went through things with hme when it was all done. Overall made the bad memories from Northerngrid fade away! thank you :)”

“Arrived on time and was very tidy and I was very pleased with the time taken to drill in to my brickwork no damaged. The whole process from ordering to installation was very good. If I had to say where an improvement could be made it would be to mention that the pod point itself has an inbuilt surge protector so I didn’t really need to buy the surge protector £100 seperately.”
