“I think the whole picture sending is complicating and delay in getting the service up and running. I would suggest a person to come out to check everything over which is a 5 minute job but when emailing back and forth it took nearly 2 weeks to sort out. The installation however was very easily done by a very friendly engineer named Denroy who understood what I wanted and easily installed the product”

“Engineer came at 8.00am left him to it .no hassle no problems..he explained what to do..downloaded the app and all set up in no time at all..highly recommend the company so far..very clean and tidy workmanship”

“The service we recieved from Pod Point was nothing less than five star. Our house required a further survey, as well as approval from Northern Power (not typical but our home operats on a loop system) which made me nervous that the Pod wouldnt be fitted in time for our new car. The team supported us throughout the entire process, letting us know what stage we were at and even schedulling a weekend installation to ensure we had the Pod in time. The gentleman fitting the Pod was professional, smart and polite. He spoke us through how the system works and made sure we were 100% happy before he left. We would reccomend Pod Point to anyone!”

“I cannot thank Nick enough for the fantastic service he provided in installing our Pod Point Home Charge, he was mediculous in his work and would not of known he had been working, as Nick cleared up as he was going along. Everything was explained in great detail how the Pod Point Home Charge works and demonstrated its effectiveness. Amazing service, one very happy customer.”
