“The installer was great, came in on time, checked and explained again what he was about to do. Very professional, tidied up after installation, talked me through the operations and informed me that though I paid for the lock key but currently it’s not in stock but would be fine when available.”

“Having the home charger works well for us. Ours was a more complex installation than most and needed a survey first. All went well and the installer did both the survey and the install. The work I needed to have done in advance of the was clearly explained. We required our Electricity supplier main fuse to be upgraded so need to contact Northern PowerGrid who arranged the upgrade free of charge. I also needed some minor upgrades to our own circuit boards requiring an electrician. Pod-Point were able to do some of this work as a chargable extra at the time of the install and charged a fair price for this work. The App works well but in the places we have visited we have only found one Pod-Point public charger to use.”

“The actual installation process itself was good. However, arranging an installation here in Northern Ireland in the first place was challenging lack of installers in the region, had to wait at least 4 weeks for an appointment. This scheduled installation was then cancelled by PodPoint on the installation day. Installation was delayed by a further 4 weeks for the next available installation appointment.”

“Sent off all information as requested at the survey stage and then waiting 2 weeks for the engineer to turn up and tell me we needed some work doing prior to him being able to install. This could have been picked up at the outset and would have saved a lot of time and money. The engineer who came was brilliant, dilligent and clean.”
