“The installer had no clue about how to use the new solar system. We have had awful service from the support team. They have closed the case despite us responding to emails. We still don’t have a system that will charge from our solar panels. My advice is don’t go near this company until they have sorted out how to use their new product”

“Excellent service although there was a significant delay in installing my universal charger. Waiting time is understandably long due to large demand on their service . Dennis who installed my charger is World class engineer, he did the work and left the house tidy and clean . Aidan who was communicating with me throughout the process was great however there were some delay in responding. Overall great experience. 👍 highly recommended”

“i found the response to emails after the initail payment was made was very slow . It wasnt a standard installation and i got to the point where i just wanted my money back and to look elsewhere . The charge of £900 to dig a 500x500x500mm hole was outrageous so getting the hole dug for the free standing mount myself further delayed the process. Once i finally managed to get a home survey and then the installtion itself the installer was very helpful.”

“Looked on the website and put in details to fond out prices. All very easy to understand. Recieved call and email which assisted and checked in but wasn't pushy. Paid on line then awaiting installation questions which I completed (I think you should include sending front door pictures due to not ending able to drill through new door and some panels!) Booked in for 2 weeks tome but recieved a call and had a cancellation. Dennis the fitter was excellent, helpful, funny kind and did a fab job. Couldn't fault any part. Dennis explained it all and left it looking tidy too. Thanks again.”
