“Pleased with the work done in erecting and connecting the pod to mains box. Unfortunately there is a problem in the working of it and waiting for an engineer to come And fix problem to be able to use it…..”

“Excellent service throughout, The gentleman that fitted it was on time for the fitting appointment, his work fitting the pod was very professional very clean and tidy, very pleased with the service and would recommend your company to my friends. I was recommended by VW my local dealer so rang your company first, then followed up by email many thanks Rob Corfield”

“From the start, Pod Point have been excellent. Consistent communication to keep you informed of what will be happening and what to expect. The installer contacted me the evening before to provide an ETA, upon arriving explained everything and let me know roughly how long it would take. Hardly knew he was there, everything installed neatly and exactly where I wanted it. Cleaned up fully once done and explained how it all worked. Great customer service from everyone at each step of the way. Thank you”

“The fitter was polite and helpful every step of the installation, kept his work area clean and tidy and did his best to accommodate a very difficult install in a busy, cramped household. Made sure every part of the installation was safe and was very efficient.”

“EXCELLENT SERVICE WOW!! I'm not the easiest of customers however I had a lovely lady Rhinna who dealt with my whole case, enquires and any issues. On the day of the installation Tim from Quickcharge was amazing..........dedicated to getting the job completed and brilliant service all round!!”

“Saf messaged the night before to let me know what time he’d be with me. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he would be doing and that he’d need the power off for about 10 minutes when he’d put everything in place. Once it was all finished Saf explained how to use it and how to isolate the Pod Point, if needed. With everything tidied up, he said his goodbyes. A great job all round.”

“Very pleasant young man did the installation. Very polite and tidy. Went to lengths to make sure the wires were hidden by trunking. As we are in a listed building he also took into account that the exterior fitting had to be discreet. Absolutely first class job. Thank you”

“I had a bit more of a complicated install because my incoming supply needed to be unlooped, meaning we had to get the electricity supplier and neighbours involved. Pod point customer service have been excellent throughout explaining what’s involved with each step and how long things might take. It’s taken just over a month from booking the install to having it actually installed but the vast majority of this was waiting for the energy supplier, not pod point. Once everything had the go ahead, pod point installed a couple of days later. Very happy!”
